What prevents you from being able to do even the things every day without a cigarette? Have an idea, no? If someone tells me not "do" something, the truth is that in reality in general do not "want to" do something. Help is available, but maybe you're not willing to spend some of the money you get only the cost of cigarettes, the professional help you need to get comfortable, they give up.

I can not imagine doing things every day without a cigarette. . I am 17 years now, and I've smoked since I was 11. It's About Time I lost the habit. . I just do not know if I can. .

Hello Ă…lander, in 24 years and smoked for 9 years. the really difficult for me to stop smoking especialy, I just migrated to other countries. I believe that cigarettes are the only thing that makes me relax and get rid of boredom. Do you think I can quit, too?

Hey, if im out at a concert club with a cig allows me to carry on a conversation and they are far from music, which in turn allows me to meet women and make new friends. This is a great attraction for me.

Hello Alan. I started smoking about 18 months. I tried to quit, but I always end with the last. . . Today I got this video instead of a cigarette, and I had the same satisfaction. Thanks Alan! 'm Only 19, but I've smoked almost 11 years, so I started when I was 8 years old! Seems like a good class of relaxation for physical abuse I got from my parents, but now that I have drugged that I am ready to give up free, and you helped me! Thank you very much for givingme still a chance for a healthy life! and one question. . You win if your weight, stop smoking cos that discontinued, or because Alternaria food! because I'm very concered about the weight?

Thanks to Alan, helped me a lot. also what I know, but if it works as U is a lot of smoke every time u want to start smoking, running very fast for about 40 to 50 feet u have, you can do more if u do u like you can not try to be something really fast like jumping up and down or physically jumping jacks to offer to do u even remember why uu tired and everything, like the smoke will be executed only u o. . then u gonna be really short of breath and felt, etc, and write me back

Not bad, Alan. I had the impression that the majority of ex-smokers, the uncontrollable desire of relapse than the vague idea that cigarettes cause wages receptors in the brain, the physical addiction.
