You know what, since none of the truth can be found on what everyone should eat and no one can agree on a diet that is healthy for everyone, one day I’m going to have to experience it myself.

The correct diet can only be one of 3 diets and i don’t know which one yet, but it has to be one of these three:

1. each individuals diet depends on his metabolism and body rhythm
2. A diet rich in organic meats and plants
3. Any food as long as it is eaten in moderation(balanced diet)

Tommorow I am going to start trying one diet, and the next day see how I feel, through my poop and body rhythm, then start another diet the next day, see how I feel the day after that.
Then go to the third one and see how I feel after that.

One of these diets has to be the truth and I must find it. I will try the processed food diet in moderation and see if it does anything to my body the next day.

This increase in dietary cholesterol has been associated with atherosclerosis, the build-up of plaques that can narrow or block blood vessels. (Think about what happens to your kitchen drain pipes when you pour chicken fat down the sink. ) If the coronary arteries of the heart become blocked, a heart attack can occur. The blocked artery can also develop rough edges. Plaque can break off and travel, obstructing blood vessels elsewhere. A blocked blood vessel in the brain can trigger a stroke.

So, why is there so much talk about cholesterol in our diet? It’s because the level of cholesterol already present in your blood can be increased by high consumption of cholesterol and saturated fat in your diet.

Blood Cholesterol vs. Dietary Cholesterol
It may surprise you to know that our bodies make all the cholesterol we need. About 85 percent of your blood cholesterol level is endogenous, which means it is produced by your body. The other 15 percent or so comes from an external source — your diet. Your dietary cholesterol originates from meat, poultry, fish, seafood and dairy products.

so you saying i can eat bacon rapped in fatback with a side of deep fried ice cream and steak and egg yolks for breakfeast and my blood cholestral would not be high. i say this beacuse you said that dietery and blood colesteral are not related. so answer me this atleast why do you need to fast for at least 12 hours before a blood cholestrol test

Thank you bro for your information. I used to eat a shit load of eggwhites, but I wil stick to eating the yolks as well.

i eat soft boiled eggs for breakfast at least 4 days a week, there is miles of difference from caged to free range eggs and miles more to organic. Get the best you can for your budget.

@RogueTerenasEU

fat is ok and burns quickly , carbohydrates are the ones that cause obesity and metabolic disorders and there is little of it in eggs

HowToGetFreebies February 25, 2010 at 5:30 am

The eggs we get from the supermarket are decent, but fresh eggs raised the natural way are always the best.

gledalac1979 February 25, 2010 at 6:26 am

@HowToGetFreebies
there is no good eggs unless you manage your own chickens

EmXtraMoney February 25, 2010 at 7:00 am

KennieFocker February 25, 2010 at 7:01 am

Great Video Man!!!

VRJensen1 February 25, 2010 at 8:06 am

Dude the Free Range Eggs Taste So Much Better!!! And the Shells are Thick enough to take some effort to open. No more malnourished Chemically Treated Hormone Fed Eggs For me.
I’ll only buy Organic Free Range!!!

VRJensen1 February 25, 2010 at 8:27 am

The company doesn’t care unless they can’t get in on the Free Range profits. And I’m hoping that they can only do that if the Chickens are allowed to “Range Free”

polo64wave February 25, 2010 at 9:00 am

This guy is really misinformed. Free range eggs are just a label slapped on to get you to buy their product over the others. Do you really think the company’s care about the living conditions of chickens?

Stop spreading nonsense.

savegan February 25, 2010 at 9:52 am

eat your eggs!! kid yourself about these cholesterol bombs!! cage those birds so they can’t even flap their wings, they’ll produce so many eggs everyone can have heart disease too!!

HowToGetFreebies February 25, 2010 at 10:33 am

Free range chickens do NOT necessarily get “freedom” and “eat better” than the other chickens. That’s propaganda. The food industry wants you to believe that so you will go out and buy organic food. Free range chickens just don’t stay in a cage. Instead, they are outside a cage, but they are still JUST as cramped. I’ve seen it myself.

RogueTerenasEU February 25, 2010 at 10:44 am

Dude, even though the vitamins and nutrients are in the yolk, the 4 grams of fat are aswell. The egg white is pure protein, which is good.

People who want to lose weight or bodybuild prefer the eggwhite cause it is pure protein. When you eat about 4-5 eggs every day, it is not a bad idea to avoid those 20 grams of fat.

They are healthy though, I always eat my egg yolks, but I suggest you eat one yolk for every 5 egg whites.

Eggs are cheap anyway, who cares.

SpiritMolecule1 February 25, 2010 at 11:31 am

@foxyroxytm ive heard the opposite

dgeetdgy February 25, 2010 at 11:40 am

Awesome job man. So true. And besides, the yolk is the best tasting part.

foxyroxytm February 25, 2010 at 12:16 pm
