This is a great product, I would only add 1 / 4 of 1 "steel washers in exposed areas Hurrican makes it difficult for the cat to the plate during ripped 4 or 5 hurricane wind type, but the costs are currently much anyway. Good tip, thanks

We took into account only with a powder-actuated tool to fix the plates on the walls of our new concrete floor. It seems that the easiest, but if all goes well, we do not follow this path.

Just plug and screw. And there you see all the mistakes that make it easy to solve. Remove the nails.

Nice! one should put a membrane or something between the treated wood and concrete? for extra protection and for the rest of the country? like a sheet of thick plactic with the holes that the water beneath it would be lost. Awsome vid!

I wish I'd seen this week last video! I went through one days of hell trying to get out of the epoxy cement pipe set of 10 anchors. I returned to Home Depot and told to buy their $ 13 caulk gun, which was a bit 'easier to use. I kept asking if there is a way to avoid, with the epoxy resin and said NO! Now I realize that I could use these nails!

What do you want, tap disadvantages. Blue, you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot. You want to use a drill to drill the pilot hole. A good thing to do is drill into the mortar joint, rather than the brick itself, if possible. Tap the drawbacks are usually equipped with a standard-3 / 16 's bits of masonry.

In general, the separate units are not currently very good brick, what are anchored and can end to which the type of anchor required + + + Bob dictate roof, DECK Ledger? Or the block hanging garden hose?
